I extend the list of nasty things, the barefoot runners in nature to make life difficult: in addition to slugs are Brombeerzweige and young thistles have been added. I have allowed myself the luxury to be slow. As I recently gave up more consistently than ever shoes, I had (in difficult terrain) look at my surroundings, proper attention, care and share my steps. I had to concentrate on the road, and my thoughts were less like a squirrel jump around in the cage. It is clear to me how much I'm not normally the case, does not look right.
