On November 16th, I had taken extra time off work, I called at just after 9 clock in the consulate to be sure that my passport with the visa and ready for pick-up is ready ....
Well ..... nice to hear the answering machine on the 16th November a public holiday and the consulate is closed so .....
I looked a bit incredulous on two weeks ago and received date list .... in fact the date was correct .....
Walày problema ... I thought ... and then just sent by registered mail an envelope, just as if Franked registered mail, to the nice lady at the consulate. With the request for sending my passport with the visa extension .....
We do not let even get to the last few meters from the rest ........
